With a capacity of up to 200 Tons this large capacity turning roll is designed and constructed to provide safe and dependable operation. On rubber-tired models the rollers absorb shock during loading and cushion the load during welding. A steel overload-disc protects the rubber tires from excessive overloads. The final-drive gearcase is totally enclosed and constructed entirely of steel, and aluminum-bronze worm gears provide maximum strength and durability to the final drive. When you’ve got an oversize weldment, the TDSA-200 is up to the task.
