In order to obtain our vision and meet our mission statement requirements, ENERGIA has implemented a Quality Management System in line with the requirements of the internationally recognized standard ISO 9001:2015. ENERGIA is dedicated to providing and maintaining a consistently high standard in all activities that we undertake. ENERGIA is committed to providing products and services that fully meet the customer’s contractual requirements. We aspire to excellence in health, safety and environment (HSE) performance by creating and maintaining a culture of zero harm. The objective of our Quality and HSE Policy is not only to satisfy, but also to exceed the expectations of our employees and clients by providing a quality service.

We will strive to continually improve our Quality Management System and our services and products by monitoring and acting upon customer and our employee’s feedback. In addition, we shall ensure that proper communication; control and accountably records are generated for all work undertaken.

Our employees actively promote these aims and are required to familiarize themselves with the contents of the Quality Manual which defines the Quality Management System and, where required, specific quality objectives. ENERGIA shall ensure that all employees shall be supported according to their individual needs for personal development and training.

The Chief Executive Officer has appointed a Management Representative responsible for ensuring the awareness of customer requirements and for implementing and maintaining the company’s Quality Management System.
